Notifications
Email alerts when a floor plan is ready, and the in-app inbox for exports
Settings, Notifications holds one switch: Floor plan ready, sent when digitisation is complete.
The setting is personal, applies to your account only, and takes effect the moment you flip it. Emails go to your registered account address.
If you are not receiving them, check the switch is on, then check your spam folder.
The in-app inbox
The bell at the bottom of the sidebar holds a separate inbox. Each notification carries a Download link, and failures appear here too with a reason where we have one.
No notification yet?
If a notification for a finished export has not appeared after a while, refresh the page.
Exports are not emailed
If you start a large export and close the tab, come back to the bell for the download link. The Floor plan ready switch has no effect on exports.
